We offer a 10% discount for active military and law enforcement.

Off Season
We will not accept regular bookings from Jan 1 through mid-March. We will allow special exceptions weather permitting. Call 918-914-0803 if you are interested in an off season event.
Full Day Package (9:00a-11:00p)
Monday - Thursday: $2,000
Friday and Sunday: $2,500
Saturday: $3,000
Half Day Package - (Mon-Thur)
9:00a - 3:00p: $800
4:00p - 10:00p: $1000
Half Day - (Sunday)
4:00p - 10:00p: $1300
Half day weddings will be allowed Sunday - Thursday for parties of 50 or less.
For full-day wedding rentals, clients may choose a half day (6 hour) rental on the preceding day for an additional $700. This allows time for setup the day before, locks in the rehearsal date, and allows time for a rehearsal dinner. Not valid if the preceding day is a Saturday.

Use of Timber Oaks grounds and facilities
Use of grounds for engagement pictures (subject to scheduling)
Tables and chairs for 150 of your guests

Special Holiday Pricing
Valentine’s Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, as well as Sundays before legal Monday holiday for both Memorial Day and Labor Day will be charged Saturday, in season rate. The legal Monday holiday will be charged Sunday, in season rate.
